There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.
